Baked Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal
Ingredients required:
- ½ cup quick rolled oats

1/8 cup egg white

1/8 cup milk of choice

1 medium banana (riper is better)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (or flavour of choice)

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Splash of vanilla extract
- Frozen Blueberries to top
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients, except blueberries, thoroughly in a blender until smooth.

Pour into microwave safe bowl and top with as many blueberries as you would like.

Microwave on high for about 3-6 minutes (time will vary based on strength of microwave and number of blueberries used)

Once the batter is cooked through let cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon on top and enjoy!
