Join Wendy Peterson for 4 weeks of movement & mobility.
Whether you plan to hit January hard, or are looking for a little easier motivation, this 4 week program will enhance your current routine, and be a catalyst for you to stay accountable to your 2023 fitness goals.
Each class will cover 3 specifics:
- Movement and Mobility: taking the body through various basic movement patterns, joint mobility, and dynamic stretches.
- Deep Core mat work: connect with your ‘inner weight belt’ to strengthen and stabilize your lower back and core from the inside out.
- Flexibility and Stability: improve your body’s ability to be grounded and achieve better range of motion in basic movement patterns.
- Offered both in-person and virtual
- Each Sunday class recorded and sent via YouTube link
