Come train on the gym floor twice per week in a small group setting. With a maximum of 4 participants.
$420+gst for 8 small group sessions
This is a pre-registered program not included in our regular memberships.
This 4 week progressive strength program is designed for women who want to build confidence on the gym floor.
This small-group program focuses on 8 key compound strength exercises, emphasizing proper form and technique. Each week, participants will refine their movement, build body awareness, and learn secondary exercises.
Learn to use the Hex Bar, Landmine, Cable Machine, Leg Press, and other various tools out in the gym floor.
Built around essential movement patterns—push, pull, squat, and lunge—this program also develops grip strength, stability, and leverage to build lifelong strength and reduce injury risk.
Starting with the basics, whether you’re new to lifting or looking to enhance your current routine, this program will set you up for strength and confidence for years to come.
*Clients must commit to one program time slot; no switching between groups once enrolled.
