I had Wendy as my personal trainer three times a week for a few months. Although I’ve been into fitness for a long time, working with her was really beneficial. She noticed things about my form and posture and helped me correct movements I’ve been doing wrong for a while. She also asked questions about the equipment I had at home so that she could tailor movements around what I already had available to me. She taught me how to use the big scary gym equipment and made it far less intimidating. She was also extremely fun and made getting up at 5am worth it. I loved my experience and would highly recommend her as a trainer.
