I Would Absolutely Recommend a Session with Adam

I have loved training with Adam, he’s been great in helping me create a plan and then changing and tuning it to allow me to stay on track and really target any of my weaknesses. He’s always enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and exercises, even telling me about studies on certain things which makes the sessions even more interesting.

I would absolutely recommend a session with Adam if you want to take your training to the next level and get even more enjoyment out your training.
