Join Shannon Duerr for an interactive workshop designed to improve your movement, reduce pain, and enhance recovery through effective rolling and mobility techniques. These 2 sessions will teach you how to use tools like foam rollers, massage balls, and mobility drills to: Release muscle tension and tight fascia

Improve joint range of motion

Enhance athletic performance and functional movement

Reduce the risk of injury and speed up recovery

this 2 session workshop is perfect for athletes, weekend warriors, desk workers, or anyone looking to move better and feel better

What to Expect:

  • Guided foam rolling techniques for major muscle groups
  • Targeted mobility exercises for hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles
  • Breathing and relaxation techniques to support nervous system downregulation
  • Q&A to personalize strategies for your unique movement needs

Who It's For:

All fitness levels are welcome — no prior experience necessary. Whether you’re stiff from training, work, or life in general, this workshop will give you practical tools you can use anytime, anywhere.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothes. Foam rollers and mobility tools will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
