Come train on the gym floor twice per week in a small group setting. With a maximum of 4 participants.
$420+gst for 8 small group sessions

This 4-week program is focused on progressive strength training designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and confident in your body.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll follow a structured program built around fundamental movement patterns, improving strength, stability, core support, and how you move in everyday life.
The consistency of 2 focused strength sessions per week is what drives real results, helping you build strength, create lasting change, and feel the difference in your body.
With a maximum of 4 participants, you’ll receive personalized coaching to ensure proper form, safe progression, and meaningful progress.
Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to build on your current routine, this program meets you where you are, and helps you move forward with confidence.
