Brad’s workouts are incredible. I am a busy working mom and have very little extra time in my schedule. If I work out with Brad at least three times a week, and eat well, I can stay in great shape. Brad’s classes have helped me get lean and strong very quickly. I would recommend Brad to any time-pressured individual. I keep coming back because these workouts are so effective. I don’t see the same results at the gym. The outdoor workouts are a beautiful way to start the summer days.
