Join Erika and Hugo for 2023 Bootcamp Prep!
These are two 45-minute beginner classes focusing on technique. The main goal is for you to learn how to perform basic movement patterns to decrease the risk of injury exercising. We will be explaining with detail how to perform major movements such as squatting, deadlifting, pushing and pulling. Come get your technical skills precise pre-season!!
