A Progressive 4 Week Program, learning and building, on 10 fundamental Kettlebell moves.
This program is for you if:
- You're interested in discovering the benefits of kettlebell training.
- You're seeking effective workouts for four weeks .
- You're new to kettlebell exercises and eager to begin your fitness journey
- During group classes, you find yourself desiring additional coaching on kettlebell moves.
- You are looking to refine or perfect your current kettlebell knowledge.
Dialling in proper form and technique with the Snatch, Clean, Swing, Rack, Overhead Press, Windmill, Figure 8, Goblet Squat, and Turkish GetUp.
All of these specific moves will include video instruction sent with links to access and practice for the 4 Weeks.
Each week, every class will build on the basics with every move, with participants learning to use the correct kettlebell size for them.
Each class will have a different workout to learn for the week.
Whether you are a seasoned kettlebeller or a beginner looking to learn, this program offers you a new challenge! You will improve your lifts, strengthen your body as a whole, and enhance your overall fitness.
