Who doesn’t love delicious chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven? By far, this is my favourite chocolate chip cookie recipe that you gotta try! These cookies are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. If you have a craving for cookies but watching your weight, no worries, these are guilt free…and pretty darn delicious if I might say so!

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (dairy free)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of  salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, coconut, baking powder, baking soda salt, and sugar.
  2. Next, you’ll want to mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla separately. Then add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Scoop out 1½ tbsp of cookie dough and place on parchment paper cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy immediately or let cool.
