Two years ago my husband I booked a bicycling trip in Croatia for 7 days in May. We had been members of Urban Athlete for a year, but never attended a class and were looking for a way to get in shape for the trip. On the advice of one of the trainers we decided to attend one of Shannon’s spin classes. We were hooked from day one! For the cardio junky, Shannon’s classes gives you the rush you are looking for, whether it be climbing hills, racing the flats, tabata’s or hovers her classes have it all. We also appreciate the warm ups, cool downs and in class instruction. I highly recommend spin classes for anyone looking to get fit or to fill their cardio needs!
