TRANSFORM 2016 is open to all Urban Athlete members and personal training clients only.*

Making a lasting change, a change that transforms us isn’t as complex as some may make it out to be. Sure, we need to ensure our efforts are maximized with correct knowledge, but that information is out there. The “how” can be found but it’s the “why” that motivates us, that drives us forward and helps us stay the course when things get challenging.

What are some of your “whys”? What motivates you? What goals do you have and are you prepared to strive for them?

If you have time, take a moment to jot them down. Seeing our goals written in front of us creates power and makes them real. You can write down not only your fitness and physical goals, but your other lifestyle goals and even business / financial ones. It’s surprising how these will often overlap and feed into one another as you progress.
