I have been working out with Wendy for over a year now which started by attending her group workout classes. Wendy’s workouts are always challenging, creative, fun, and make me look forward to going to the gym. I decided do a personal training program with Wendy for 6 weeks and could not be more satisfied. The results I have achieved to date are due to the tailored training approach Wendy provided me. Between personal training sessions, complimentary group fitness classes, nutritional guidance and realistic goal setting I was able to achieve the results I wanted.
