Personal Best 10km with Wendy

With my own wedding, a few bathing-suit wearing vacations, and a 10km run coming up in 2017 I decided it was time to get serious about working out but I didn’t know quite how to approach it. I’ve been a regular in some of Wendy’s classes for the past few years and finally decided to start training with her one-on-one. In a 10-week period, I lost 12lbs in body fat and gained 4lbs in lean muscle. I was able to finish my 10km in 56min which was a personal best for me. Needless to say, the workouts Wendy had me doing produced results which I’m proud of AND I didn’t have to give up wine (phewf)! Wendy’s sessions were sweaty, creative, and challenging (but totally doable)!
