Brad’s classes are always challenging but he manages to make them fun! The classes are suitable for everyone no matter your level of fitness. No two classes are ever the same so you won’t get bored with the workouts. You can start out wherever you feel comfortable and he will help you achieve results with your fitness. If you need to modify any part of the workout, Brad will suggest a proper modification. Brad is very knowledgeable about fitness as well as nutrition and he can help you make good decisions for meals. I can honestly say that I have become stronger, healthier and more fit from doing these workouts. I would highly recommend Brad’s classes to anyone!
