Keeps me motivated

Brad knows exactly what I need to do to keep me motivated & continues to push me to do more. His classes are a great mix of cardio, weights, strength & core. Brad is great at both personal training as well as boot camp classes. It’s always challenging and helps either to get you into shape or increase your fitness level. He’s always got great food ideas to help me keep my diet on track.
