I have loved training with Adam, he’s been great in helping me create a plan and then changing and tuning it to allow me to stay on track and really target any of my weaknesses. He’s always enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and exercises, even telling me about studies on certain things which makes the sessions even more interesting.

I had Wendy as my personal trainer three times a week for a few months. Although I’ve been into fitness for a long time, working with her was really beneficial. She noticed things about my form and posture and helped me correct movements I’ve been doing wrong for a while. She also asked questions about the equipment I had at home so that she could tailor movements around what I already had available to me.
