Wendy has been an incredible motivator in my training and makes the sessions so much fun. She uses her humor and enthusiasm when clearly communicating and queuing movements to ensure proper form, and is quick to modify where necessary to accommodate physical limitations. Her program designed for my specific needs has resulted in improved strength and significant reduction in chronic back pain due to scoliosis.
